Manager: Funds Administration[Finance Division]

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree NQF Level 6 in Financial Management and/or Accounting
  • At least five years experience at senior level
  • The ability to understand legal contracts and policies
  • The ability to manage staff
  • Knowledge of fund accounting and investment management
  • Good report-writing skills in English
  • The ability to maintain sound interpersonal relations.

 

Duties:

  • Administration of all funds entrusted to the University by donors and grantees
  • Ensuring that the provisions of all agreements are complied with
  • Managing the investment of any surplus funds
  • Compiling regular written reports for the University and funders
  • Supervising office staff
